Matt Rauscher is this week’s #WeArePierson featured employee. Rauscher joined Pierson Wireless in 2012 and is a Manager of Design & Estimation within Pierson’s Design & Strategic Engineering division.
“I lead our Design & Estimation team, which consists of a group of dynamic and talented individuals that craft our wireless network designs and produce proposals for our valued customers,” Rauscher said. “I get to collaborate with the various teams within our organization on process improvement initiatives, as well as work to ensure the team is set up for success and has the tools they need to succeed.”
Rauscher enjoys a number of hobbies, including hiking, biking, concerts, and enjoying the great outdoors. But it’s safe to say travel is the favorite activity for Rauscher and his fiance, as they took three international trips to three different continents over the past year, visiting Costa Rica, Tanzania, and Spain.
