Field Support Engineer

Responsible for supporting the field market teams (Market Managers, Market/Project Foreman and Technicians) with the technical deployment of Pierson Wireless products and services, which include Tier 1 technical support of RF troubleshooting, general system troubleshooting, tools support, system commissioning, optimization, and performance-related testing. Reports to Field Support Manager.

Wireless Network Engineer

A senior member of our technical team, the Wireless Network Engineer is responsible for being a technical leader or subject matter expert on specific wireless solution products or services that Pierson Wireless provides for customers. This includes when applicable knowledge of nationally accepted network standards, building codes, end-user applications, OEM offerings, related tools, and implementation practices. Assigned products or services may include cellular enhancement systems, public safety systems, 802.11 deployments, new communication technologies, and miscellaneous support telecommunication systems.

Warehouse Associate

The role of Warehouse Employee is to ensure that all shipments are prepared and delivered to the correct warehouses and jobsites. It is the responsibility of the warehouse worker to complete all paperwork and documentation to accurately track the shipments and all deliveries.

Wireless Network Designer

Designs RF systems utilizing IBwave design software. Works with onsite personnel and engineers to improve all aspects of system performance, creates documentation, and improves processes. Coordinates with other team members to understand challenges and issues with Customer sites. Plans and design systems for performance, capacity, coverage, which must be tailored to specific Customer requirements.
