Today’s #WeArePierson employee spotlight introduces us to Marlin Montgomery. Montgomery is a member of our Charlotte-based Logistics team and is Pierson Wireless’ East Warehouse Manager. He joined our team in February 2022, but in less than one year, he’s positively impacted the business and his co-workers, who nominated him as one of our September Employees of the Month.
“I make sure the Charlotte warehouse continues improving and supporting Pierson Wireless and our teams in the field,” Montgomery said. “It’s important to me to do that with positivity, respect, and a drive to move forward.”
Montgomery’s hobbies include shooting pool, working out, working on his car, and gaming on his Xbox. He also has a mixed-breed dog named Taz.
