In this week’s employee spotlight, we get to know Jarrod Basgall of Pierson Wireless’ Operations Support Services department. Basgall is our manager of Maintenance & Monitoring, Safety, and Closeout, and has been a part of our team for 10 years!
“I manage our Maintenance & Monitoring department that provides our customers the comfort of knowing their cellular, public safety, and private LTE systems are always under watch with a qualified support team, ready to resolve issues as they occur,” Basgall said. “I also lead a great team of employees that provide closeout packages to our customers once a project is completed.”
Basgall also oversees our corporate safety department, certifying employees in CPR, AED, and first aid as an instructor for the American Red Cross.
When not doing one of his many roles at Pierson Wireless, Basgall and his wife Jen, daughters Aven and Elin, and son Axil, enjoy boating and camping at the lake. He also lists dirt bike riding and driving classic muscle cars and motorcycles as hobbies when the weather in Kansas City is nice.
