This week’s #WeArePierson employee spotlight features Dylon Larsen, who will be celebrating his 11th anniversary as a member of the Pierson Wireless team next week! Larsen is the Great Plains Central Market Foreman, an area that covers Nebraska, Iowa, and South Dakota.
“My role at Pierson Wireless is working with the team to execute the full turnkey process that we deliver – everything from the initial bid walks to the final closeout package,” Larsen said. “I enjoy that ‘boots on the ground time,’ working with customers, contractors, and the Pierson team.
“I specialize in working in healthcare environments. I take a lot of pride in my work, as well as keeping our customers happy, and their patients safe. Although working in these environments can be stressful at times, it is rewarding when we receive compliments and know we’re building ongoing relationships with customers and contractors.”
Larsen, his wife (Chelsie), their three children (Nellie, Norah, Holden), and their German Wirehaired Pointer (Gram) especially enjoy outdoor activities. Larsen lists hunting, fishing, camping, grilling, boating, and gardening as his favorite activities. In fact, Larsen has more fishing poles than years of his life – that’s how much he loves to fish!
