Today’s employee spotlight features Alex Borchers, the winner of our 2021 Most Valuable Team Member award, a recognition given following a vote by his Pierson Wireless colleagues.
Borchers is a Business Analyst and a part of the Design & Strategic Engineering department, and he’s been with the company since June 2020. It’s safe to say he’s made a large contribution in a relatively short period of time!
“I develop tools that promote automation and increase efficiency across a number of departments,” Borchers said. “I help collect and analyze data for our quote activities to help encourage data-driven decisions, and I help keep information accurate in Pierson’s project management software.”
Borchers enjoys a number of hobbies, particularly those that involve sports. He especially enjoys pick-up basketball games, spikeball, and golfing. In his words, he’s also “a Marvel nerd” that also enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
