Field Support Engineer

Responsible for supporting the field market teams (Market Managers, Market/Project Foreman and Technicians) with the technical deployment of Pierson Wireless products and services, which include Tier 1 technical support of RF troubleshooting, general system troubleshooting, tools support, system commissioning, optimization, and performance-related testing. Reports to Field Support Manager.

Wireless Network Engineer

A senior member of our technical team, the Wireless Network Engineer is responsible for being a technical leader or subject matter expert on specific wireless solution products or services that Pierson Wireless provides for customers. This includes when applicable knowledge of nationally accepted network standards, building codes, end-user applications, OEM offerings, related tools, and implementation practices. Assigned products or services may include cellular enhancement systems, public safety systems, 802.11 deployments, new communication technologies, and miscellaneous support telecommunication systems.

Install, maintain and repair wireless communications solutions under the direction of Project Foreman or Market Manager. Completing site walks to determine best installation routes and surveys site conditions; installing and connectorizes cabling per construction drawings provided for each job; completing jobsite documentation and other paperwork as required.
