Pierson Wireless’ Network Operations Center

Pierson Wireless operates a hybrid NOC. The equipment is maintained in a SOC 1 Type II data center. This hardened facility is located in the Omaha metro area. The Department of Defense initially built the reinforced structure to double as a nuclear fallout shelter for STRATCOM. Access to the onsite NOC equipment requires a biometric scan. Customer data is secured via firewalls with IPS and IDS in place and antivirus and content filtering. Access to the system is managed through 256-bit encrypted VPN tunnels.
