Sean joins us following an impressive twenty-year tenure at Verizon, where he navigated nearly every facet of the industry, including enterprise sales architecture, product strategy, and business development. As a passionate technologist, he has delivered complex initiatives across the 4G/5G, IoT, and fiber domains.
Sean’s decision to join Pierson Wireless was ultimately won over by our relationship-focused approach to solving customer problems. For Sean, this emphasis on culture and collaboration made Pierson the perfect fit for the next chapter of his career.
Looking ahead, Sean is focused on driving the adoption of Private Cellular Networks to solve intricate problems for our clients. He believes that private cellular is a vital tool for driving tangible business outcomes. By demystifying these technologies, he aims to empower our sales team and help customers implement solutions that provide a true competitive edge.
Sean’s expertise is backed by a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and certifications including SAFe Product Owner, Six Sigma Greenbelt, and Cradlepoint (Ericsson) Network Professional.
Outside of work, Sean lives in the Kansas City area with his family. They are avid travelers, Disney enthusiasts, and sports fans who enjoy visiting new stadiums. Sean is also deeply committed to his community, volunteering with the Girl Scouts and public safety organizations, and serving on an advisory committee for local bicycling safety.
