Information Technology

The Information Technology Specialist’s duties include network management, software development and database administration. The IT Specialist provides technical support to Customers as well as fellow coworkers. The IT Specialist must be competent working with all types of phones, tablets, and computers (both hardware and software). Additionally, the IT Specialist will make recommendations to Administration regarding the practicality of changes and modification of systems to better support Customers and Pierson Wireless employees.

Accountant/Bookkeeper

Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports. Documents financial transactions. Coordinates with the Director of Accounting to issue purchase orders to vendors, invoice Customers, and assist with payroll functions. Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents. Complies with federal, state, and municipal legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on best accounting practices.

Human Resources Administrator

Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs. Performs RF evaluation for system planning and site performance. Plans and designs systems for performance, capacity, and coverage. Uses propagation tools and other RF equipment to assess site coverage, determine limitations/boundaries of the system, and to improve system performance. Ensures systems are designed to latest industry standards, as adopted by Pierson Wireless and its Customers. Performs RF optimization techniques for a wide range of OEM and technologies.

Coordinates installation activities across the entire geographic region of supervision. Oversees Project Managers and Technicians to ensure correct and timely installations. Directly interfaces with Customers to improve processes and ensure Customer satisfaction. Maintains open and accurate communication with other members of upper level management. Documents employee performance and makes recommendations regarding employee advancement and discipline. Fosters positive work relationships with Customers and seeks new opportunities for the Company.

Coordinates the overall installation process with the Customer. Ensures all parts are received and delivered to the site. Oversees successful installation of the RF system. Communicates all timelines with the Project Director, support staff, and the Customer. Supervises Technicians and Subcontractors to ensure quality control. Maintains project timelines, communicates schedule and potential disruptions with all invested parties. Reviews and completes all documentation to ensure the project meets all installation standards.

Completes site walks to determine best installation routes and surveys site conditions. Installs and connectorizes cabling per construction drawings provided for each job. Completes jobsite documentation and other paperwork as required, installs antennas, and mounts electronic equipment per construction drawings. Operates hand-tools, various man-lifts, and test equipment as necessary for proper cable and equipment installation. Provides completed tests results to evidence proper installation.
