Market Manager

Responsible for overseeing installation activities in a safe and efficient manner across the entire geographically defined market. Serves as the personnel manager for all Project/Market Foremen and technicians assigned to the market. Supervises Project/Market Foreman and Field Service Technicians to ensure timely and complete delivery of services. Directly interfaces with Pierson Wireless Customers to build relationships and improve processes in the market. Supports Business Development and Sales in developing new business within the market. Reports to Regional Director.

Sr. Director of Operations

Responsible for overseeing all activities across all regions within Pierson Wireless. Directly responsible for the financial and operational responsibilities of the company. Work closely with the Finance team and Regional directors to make goals for the company’s success. Works alongside the teams, from leadership to technicians advancing our customer’s projects, and the company’s goals and long term vision as a leading wireless infrastructure, engineering, and construction company. Responsible for product/service delivery, and per project profit and loss within the Regions. Reports to CEO.

RF Engineer

Performs RF evaluation for system planning and site performance. Plans and designs systems for performance, capacity, and coverage. Uses propagation tools and other RF equipment to assess site coverage, determine limitations/boundaries of the system, and to improve system performance. Ensures systems are designed to latest industry standards, as adopted by Pierson Wireless and its Customers. Performs RF optimization techniques for a wide range of OEM and technologies.

Project Foreman

Oversee individual projects from start to finish with field involvement, and under direction from Market Manager, and with coordination of the Program Coordinator. Responsible for coordinating the installation with the Customer; ensuring all parts are received and delivered to the site; working alongside field service technicians and/or contractors to complete the project; verifying project functionality and completion by reviewing and uploading all required close-out documentation.

Designs RF systems utilizing IBwave design software. Works with onsite personnel and engineers to improve all aspects of system performance, creates documentation, and improves processes. Coordinates with other team members to understand challenges and issues with Customer sites. Plans and design systems for performance, capacity, coverage, which must be tailored to specific Customer requirements.

Technician

Completes site walks to determine best installation routes and surveys site conditions. Installs and connectorizes cabling per construction drawings provided for each job. Completes jobsite documentation and other paperwork as required, installs antennas, and mounts electronic equipment per construction drawings. Operates hand-tools, various man-lifts, and test equipment as necessary for proper cable and equipment installation. Provides completed tests results to evidence proper installation.
